Common types of service requests include, but are not limited to:

  • Software Requests

  • Contingent Worker (Contractor) Requests

  • Leaver / Offboarding Requests

Here’s a quick example of how to request software:

Click the VICE Support icon from your VICE Login/Okta apps page

Alternatively, you can navigate to https://support.vice.com, which will direct you to the page below.

From the homepage, click Request New Service or Service Catalog to submit a request.

You’ll be taken to the Service Catalog. Select Software Requests, then choose the application you need from the available list—for this example, Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Before You Submit:

  • Vertical Selection: If prompted, select your business unit (Vertical). You can check hiBob or ask your manager if you're unsure.

  • Approvals: Some software requires manager or stakeholder approval. Requests are sent automatically upon submission. If we need more details, an IT technician will reach out directly.

What Happens Next: After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and an IT Support agent will update your ticket status soon. Once approved, setup instructions will be available in the portal and sent to your email.
