Step 1: Sign in to Okta and click your name in the upper-right corner. Select Account Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Security Methods section. Under this section, you'll see your available authentication methods. Locate the Security Question and click Remove.
Step 4: This will prompt you to complete the authentication process to verify your identity.
Step 3: A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to remove the security question. Click on Yes.

Step 5: You can now set a new question by scrolling back to the Security Question section and clicking Set Up.
Step 6: You will be prompted to verify your identity before you can set up a new security question.
Step 7: Once you have successfully authenticated your identity. Click Setup to proceed.
Step 8: Select a new security question or create your own security question, enter your answer, and then click Verify to save your changes.
Voilà! This pop-up will appear at the bottom left of your account settings.
